Scott Lewis is the CEO and co founder of Spartan Investment Group, LLC (SIG) and has led several successful real estate developments ranging from a single family homes to condo conversions. For SIG, Scott is the Strategy and Operations Director and is responsible for seeing Spartan’s strategic direction and managing the day to day activities of all our projects.
Scott graduated from Michigan State University with bachelor's degrees in Chemistry and Marketing, from Catholic University with a master's degree in management, from Georgetown with a Certificate in Project Management, and has his Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Ryan Gibson is CIO and co-founder of Spartan Investment Group, LLC. Ryan has experience in real estate development to include ground-up development of luxury condos, single-family homes, and full renovation projects located in challenging high density urban markets. Ryan owns and manages rentals properties in multiple states and has invested in apartment buildings, self-storage, and land development projects. For SIG, Ryan is responsible for investor relations and capital raises for projects.
Ryan graduated from Mercyhurst University with a bachelor's degree in Business, with concentrations in Marketing, Management, and Advertising.
Lindsay Lewis is the Director of Business Intelligence for Spartan Investment Group, LLC. Applying 10+ years of experience in competitive and advanced analytics across the spectrum from data sourcing to integration and exploitation, Lindsay develops and implements the strategy for leveraging data, technology and research to quickly identify opportunities for SIG and its investors.
Lindsay graduated from George Mason University with a bachelor's degree in Biology and a master’s degree in Biodefense.
As the Director of Acquisitions for Spartan Investment Group LLC, Ben Lapidus brings his skills in asset management and financial analysis to launch and grow Spartan’s portfolio business line. With over 2 dozen successful deals under his belt prior to Spartan, Ben is also the founder and host of the national Best Ever Real Estate Investing Conference and managing partner of Indigo Ownerships LLC.
Before Spartan, Ben started a multi-million dollar study abroad company and worked with several start-ups through IPO or acquisition. He graduated Rutgers University with dual degrees in Finance and Economics where he was the founder of the Rutgers Entrepreneurial Society.
Jackie Gibson is the Director of Operations for Spartan Investment Group, LLC. In this role Jackie is leveraging her 10+ years of logistics, procurement, project management, and engagement experience to increase quality, profitability and efficiency for SIG’s projects.
Jackie graduated from Mercyhurst University with a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Restaurant and Institutional Management.
Carrie Koebel is the Office Manager for Spartan Investment Group. In this role, she will support the executive team in the execution and operation of Spartan’s projects.
Carrie brings to the team a diverse background spanning several industries and roles. Her experience includes 10+ years of sales, recruiting and customer service experience in secondary education and the retail industry. Additionally, she has 5 years of personnel management experience, and 5 years in financial and accounting roles with international corporations. Since 2013, she has owned and managed rental properties in Washington, DC. Carrie graduated from the University of Missouri with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and completed a professional food and wine career program, which allowed her to follow her passion and cook professionally for a short time.
Lauren Brychell is the Marketing Associate for Spartan Investment Group, LLC. In this role, Lauren brings her skills in marketing, social media, project management, and market research to increase brand recognition, online presence, and market awareness for SIG’s projects.
Her experience includes building brands from the infancy stages, launching new product lines, and advertising.
Lauren graduated from Belmont Abbey College with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Entrepreneurship.
Tyler Burke is the Investment Associate for Spartan Investment Group, focusing primarily on new property acquisitions and business development. Prior to Spartan, Tyler was an Associate at Baceline Investments LLC, a Denver based private equity real estate investment firm. In this role, he was responsible for $63,000,000 of acquisitions in under three years.
Tyler is a Denver native, where he attended Colorado State University majoring in Economics.
