COMPANY OVERVIEW:
It all started in Washington, DC when Scott and Ryan met as neighbors. Scott’s background in the military and Ryan’s background in aviation seeded the most important fundamentals at Spartan Investment Group – conservatism, due diligence, and a checklist driven approach. SIG started in residential and quickly moved into commercial development. Using the evaluation criteria of easy to manage, easy to maintain, easy to evict, we quickly settled on self-storage. SIG has acquired storage units, RV Parks, and has experienced massive growth in our team and our investors. In 2020, Spartan was named one of the fastest-growing companies by Inc. 500, and 8th in the real estate industry. Today, Spartan is a team of 30, spread out over four states with offices in Denver and Seattle.

Ryan Gibson
Ryan Gibson is the Chief Investment Officer and the Co-Founder of SIG. He has organized over $40M of private equity for Spartan’s projects. Ryan has experience managing the development of SIGs projects in challenging markets.
For SIG, Ryan is responsible for investor relations and capital raises for projects. Ryan is also a highly experienced commercial airline pilot. Ryan graduated from Mercyhurst University with a bachelor’s degree in Business, with concentrations in Marketing, Management, and Advertising.

Marketing Project Manager
Keith Adkins
Keith Adkins is the Marketing Project Manager for Spartan Investment Group and is responsible for creating an understanding of the benefits and value Spartan provides by leading the production of marketing materials and assets our investors can connect with. He is dedicated to leading our team through project lifecycles while ensuring scopes, budgets, and timelines are adhered to. Prior to joining Spartan Investment Group, Keith spent more than ten years in agency environments, most recently working with brands like Dexcom, Sonos, and GNC.
Keith brings over a decade of experience in the digital space to our team and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Bachelor of Arts in communication studies with a minor in psychology. When not working, he enjoys training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Hiking, and spending time with his daughter and dog.
Marketing Manager
Kelly Williams
Kelly Williams is the Marketing Manager for Spartan Investment Group, based in the Golden, CO office. Kelly has 7+ years of marketing experience and previously worked in the commercial real estate, real estate investment, and property management industries.
Kelly is originally from Chicago and graduated from Winona State University with a BA in Mass Communications Advertising. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, camping, hanging out with friends, and playing with her dogs Churro and Hazelnut.
