THE PNW TRIO OFFERING
Class A members are those who invest a minimum of $100,000 and a maximum of $5M. Class A investors receive 6% Preferred Return, 9% hurdle: 70/30 split, 12% hurdle: 60/40, then 50/50 split.
Class B members are those who invest a minimum of $5M and a maximum of $10M. Class B investors receive 7% Preferred Return, 10% hurdle: 70/30 split, 13% hurdle: 60/40, then 50/50 split.
Class C members are those who invest a minimum of $10M+. Class C investors receive 8% Preferred Return, 11% hurdle: 70/30 split, 14%
hurdle: 60/40, then 50/50 split.
Class B members are those who invest a minimum of $5M and a maximum of $10M. Class B investors receive 7% Preferred Return, 10% hurdle: 70/30 split, 13% hurdle: 60/40, then 50/50 split.
Class C members are those who invest a minimum of $10M+. Class C investors receive 8% Preferred Return, 11% hurdle: 70/30 split, 14%
hurdle: 60/40, then 50/50 split.
