Spartan Investment Group is Currently Raising Capital for Spartan Storage Growth Fund
Spartan Investment Group is currently raising capital for the growth fund. The minimum investment is $50,000, and the investment is open to accredited investors.
THE SPARTAN STORAGE GROWTH FUND PORTFOLIO
Class A members are those who invest a minimum of $50,000 and a maximum of $999,999. Class A investors receive 12% annualized liquidity preference return and a 60/40 split.
Class B members are those who invest a minimum of $1M and a maximum of $2.99M.
Class B investors receive 14% annualized liquidity preference return and a 65/35 split.
Class C members are those who invest a minimum of $3M and receive 16% annualized liquidity preference return and a 70/30 split.
Those who invest within the first 45 days of fund launch will get elevated investor share class. Example: A $50,000 investment placed in the first 45-days will benefit from a class B share. Funds are accepted on a first come, first served basis.
